Welcome to Weststar Mobility. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and non-emergency medical transportation services. By accessing our website or booking a ride with Weststar Mobility, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Our Services

Weststar Mobility provides non-emergency medical transportation (“NEMT”) services, including but not limited to:

  • Stretcher / Gurney / Wheelchair Transport
  • Hospital Discharges & Admissions
  • Facility Transfers
  • Outpatient & Routine Appointments
  • Dialysis Transportation
  • Airport Pickup & Drop-off (LAX & Burbank Airport)

Weststar Mobility is not an emergency medical service. We do not provide emergency medical care, and our vehicles and staff are not equipped for emergency response. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

2. Eligibility & Booking

  • Services must be scheduled in advance by phone, email, or through our website.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding pickup/drop-off locations, mobility needs, and any special accommodations required.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if accurate information is not provided or if a request falls outside the scope of our services.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We ask that cancellations be made as far in advance as possible.
  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in additional fees or refusal of future service.

4. Payment

  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice; current pricing will be provided at the time of booking.

5. Patient Responsibilities

By booking a ride, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about mobility needs, medical equipment, and any conditions relevant to safe transport
  • Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
  • Treat drivers and staff with respect
  • Ensure that a caregiver, family member, or authorized representative is available if required for the patient’s safety

Weststar Mobility reserves the right to refuse service to any individual whose needs exceed the scope of non-emergency transport or who poses a safety risk to our staff or other passengers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Weststar Mobility strives to provide safe, reliable transportation; however:

  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • We are not responsible for missed appointments due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weststar Mobility’s liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific transportation service in question.

7. Not a Substitute for Medical Advice

Nothing on our website or provided by our staff constitutes medical advice. Weststar Mobility provides transportation only and does not offer medical diagnosis, treatment, or care recommendations.

8. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting unauthorized access, introducing harmful code, or using the site for unlawful purposes.
